“Leadership Safari”
This fun and educational trip to leadership safari looks at the different styles to leadership using the viewpoints of animal’s innate leadership traits that a business person encounters every day. This may give leaders a leg up through a better understanding of what makes the people around them tick.
A leader is the one who motivates! Thus, it is the responsibility of a leader to recognise what type of motivation works on different personality traits as there are 28 Leadership Animals characteristics being discussed here in this course. Find out what’s your leadership animal now and learn the appropriate approach in terms of supervising, guiding or motivating (not limited to these three tasks) techniques for each one!
