CUSTOMER SERVICE CERTIFICATION (CSC) PROGRAMME
On 29 September 2018, Sarawak Energy Berhad [SEB] officially launched the Customer Service Certification Programme across 3 regions namely, Western Region (WR), Central Region (CR) and Northern Region (NR). This programme was awarded to MRS Management Sdn Bhd [MRS] (in partnership with Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak [SUTS] as the certifying body).

In GEMs, you will be guided and mentored by industrial professional and business owners in overcoming the challenge in starting your own business.
Graduate Employability enhancement Scheme (sl1m - petronas - gees)
Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M) is one of the government’s initiative to enhance the employability of fresh graduates and urge private corporations and Goverment – Linked Corporations to take part of this initiative as their own CSR program. Petronas is one of the many companies that have been actively participating in SL1M initiative by introducing Graduate Employability Enhancement Scheme (GEES).
4x4 OFF ROAD
In 2018, MRS ventured into technical training and successfully completed its first 4×4 Off Road Driving Skills Programme for Sarawak Forestry Corporation. This marked the beginning of many 4×4 projects awarded to us by several other organisations.
ISO 55001: 2014 in Asset Management
In 2019, we were awarded the tender project by Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB) to conduct training as well as consultancy to achieve ISO 55001: 2014 in Asset Management. This was for SEB’s two power generation plant (hydro & coal) namely Sejingkat Power Corporation (SPC) & Batang Ai Power Generation (BAPG).

English is the international language of Businesses and Governments. Language encompasses the 4 main components ie Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading. Malaysian employees generally lack a proficiency level that appeals to the business industry particularly international business community as well as general business commerce and trade.

Carefully designed for businesses and institutions, the BULATS test helps you to assess the language skills which are needed for the workplace. It can be used in a wide range of situations for staff, trainees or job applicants.
The Business Language Testing Service (BULATS) is an on-demand testing service that provides an immediate ‘snapshot’ of language ability.
