“Operational HR Conference”
Operational HR puts management practices in place to support management and staff in achieving their day-to-day goals whether it’s determining how many staff are needed to deliver services over the next year or how performance will be monitored. Yet Operational HR is also mindful of the question: “Where is our organization going and how will it get there?”
While many conferences have focused only on Strategic HR which is all well and good, it is equally important to put the ‘house in order’ first to develop a strong foundation in order to achieve the longer term goals. This conference shall address all that is necessary to deliver effective and efficient operational HR services to meet the ongoing and future needs of the organization.
